LeAnn Rimes, Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Keith Urban and Brooks & Dunn have recently joined the list of performers for this year’s CMT Music Awards, scheduled for April 14. The ceremony will be hosted by Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus, and the much-awaited prize is for Video of the Year, some of the nominees include LeAnn Rimes ("Nothin’ Better to Do"), Rascal Flatts ("Take Me There"), Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson ("Because of You"), Sugarland ("Stay"), and Taylor Swift ("Our Song").

LeAnn Rimes shares her secrets to achieve her new and wonderful bikini shape. The singer confessed how depressed she felt because of her weight. She tells Fitness magazine, "I turned to food at times because I had nowhere else to get that love. “I was getting out of breath in the middle of the show - and sometimes I was getting really sick.” Rimes also says that she started working out thanks to her husband Dean. She says, “He gives me emotional stability.” “It’s also fun to exercise with a partner - we both push each other to be better.” When it comes to disclosure her fitness secrets, she describes, “I take a jump rope with me for cardio. It burns an enormous number of calories. I’m like Rocky! “I do weights, followed by five minutes of cardio, another circuit of weights, another five minutes of cardio, and so on. She concludes, “My goal is to be a classy, healthy woman”
LeAnn releases her second single - 2008-02-18
LeAnn Rimes has released a new single, "Good Friend and a Glass of Wine," which she co-penned with Darrell Brown and Blair Daly. The song belongs to her latest album, Family. LeAnn reveals how she finds out the title, "The title came to me while I was on a plane," says Rimes. "I'd had a really long tour and things were crazy. I wrote down in my journal 'I just need a good friend and a glass of wine and everything will be fine.' I carried the title around for a couple of years. Then, when Blair and Darrell and I were writing one day, we were working on a really fun girl anthem. This title came to mind and led us to this song. I think everyone will be able to relate to it."
